Hiring Range: $375,000 – $420,000. Please note that the final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Department: Division of Pediatric Orthopedics.
Schedule: Full‑Time.

About Our Division & Key Highlights
Comprehensive pediatric orthopedic care across Central Massachusetts, treating patients from birth through adolescence.
Fellowship‑trained team managing the full spectrum of conditions, including fractures, scoliosis, congenital and genetic disorders, sports‑related injuries, cerebral palsy, and complex hip and foot conditions.
Established and growing department with collaborative, supportive colleagues.
Strong commitment to medical education, with an active role in training orthopedic residents and medical students at UMass Chan Medical School.
Opportunities for research and academic involvement, with appointment commensurate with experience and training.
Access to modern technology platforms, including Epic EMR, supporting efficient workflows.
Strong administrative, clinical, and operational support to promote efficiency and work‑life balance.

Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Orthopedics.
Fellowship training in Pediatric Orthopedics.
MD or DO degree and qualify for Massachusetts medical license.
