Shape the Future of Pediatric Genetics
SLUCare Physician Group, a member of SSM Health, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Clinical Geneticist to join the Division of Medical Genetics at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital.
This academic opportunity offers clinical care, research, and teaching within a collaborative genetics program. The role is available at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, with rank and compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Position Highlights:
As a member of the Division of Medical Genetics, you will:
Provide inpatient and outpatient genetics care
Evaluate and manage genetic and inherited conditions
Participate in multidisciplinary and specialized clinics
Collaborate on prenatal and cancer genetics services
Teach, mentor, and contribute to research and quality improvement
Help advance a comprehensive genetics program
About the Division of Medical Genetics:
Led by Stephen R. Braddock, MD , the Division of Medical Genetics provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient genetics services across the region. The team includes:
Clinical Geneticists
A Clinical Cytogeneticist
A Molecular Geneticist
Eight Genetic Counselors
The division partners closely with pediatric specialties and women's health services and provides access to comprehensive on-site diagnostic laboratories. Faculty also have opportunities for clinical and molecular genetics research.

Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified through the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG)
Certification or Active Candidate Status in Clinical Genetics and Genomics
Biochemical Genetics training or certification is welcomed
Eligible for Missouri medical licensure
