Job description
Teen Challenge USA in Hardwick is seeking a responsible individual for maintaining rules and operations in a faith-based recovery center. This role will ensure resident accountability and educational programming, fostering spiritual growth and safety.
The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Training is provided on-the-job, and eligibility for various benefits after a probationary period.
