How You'll Make An Impact
Your Role:
Primary liaison between community nursing programs and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
Fosters strong partnerships and ensures positive experiences for nursing students, faculty members, and clinical groups.
Identifies and addresses barriers to success.
Supports the recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates.
Collaborates with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.
Performs miscellaneous duties.
Reports To: Director/Patient Experience (JC: )
Supervises: None.
What You'll Need To Apply
Required Education: Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.
Preferred Education: None.
Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.
Preferred Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work as a team member.
Required Certification/License/Registry: None.
