Job description

Role Overview

Apply your subject-matter expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, evidence-based research, analysis, and feedback. This remote contract role supports work across domains including finance, healthcare, STEM, engineering, legal, and policy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research and analysis in your area of expertise.

Evaluate and synthesize academic literature, legal documents, and industry data to inform project outcomes.

Prepare, format, and review complex Word and PDF documents, including tracked changes, form filling, formatting, PDF editing, and data extraction.

Translate complex findings into clear, concise reports and presentations that meet Fortune 500 standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams, including legal, healthcare, policy, and finance professionals.

Ensure written deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with designated guidelines.

Maintain professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in academic research, legal, policy, healthcare, or a related field.

A master’s degree, PhD, or JD from a recognized institution.

Advanced Word and PDF document-review skills, including tracked changes, formatting, data extraction, and document review.

Strong academic research, literature review, synthesis, report-writing, and presentation-development capabilities.

Outstanding written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished, client-ready work.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and remote work independently.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on complex deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or supporting Fortune 500 companies.

Experience with legal, healthcare, policy, or financial-operations document workflows.

An active publication or presentation record in academic or industry settings.

Work Terms

Remote independent-contractor engagement.

Compensation

$20 to $55 per hour.
