The Department of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences is looking for a Cytopathologist to join the clinical practice of UBMD Pathology.
Cases cover a wide variety of non- GYN in addition to robust gynecological specimens. Rapid on-site evaluations are supported with tele-cytology. Candidates will be required to perform all the duties of an attending pathologist which include:
General and cytopathology sign out
Autopsy pathology
Select areas of Laboratory Medicine
Pathologists additionally attend and actively participate in:Multidisciplinary tumor boards
Residency teaching and oversight
Medical and Dental undergraduate teaching

MD, DO or equivalent
Fellowship training in Cytopathology
Board eligibility or certification in Cytopathology
Preferred QualificationsAP/CP Board certified
