Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner public school, providing small-group and one-on-one academic support, mentoring, and classroom assistance. You’ll help students build skills in subjects like math and literacy, track their progress, and encourage positive behavior and attendance. Working on a diverse team, you’ll collaborate with teachers and staff, participate in leadership and professional development, and contribute to an inclusive school climate focused on equity and student success.
