Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. Working in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, track student progress, and communicate with teachers about student needs. You’ll model positive behavior, build strong relationships, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
