Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing individualized academic support, homework help, and small group tutoring. You’ll build consistent, positive relationships with students, support classroom instruction, and help strengthen attendance and engagement. Working on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll receive training, coaching, and leadership development while contributing to an inclusive school environment and advancing educational equity.
