Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll support students’ academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. Working full-time on a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, in-class support, and mentoring that fosters student confidence and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers to track progress, lead enrichment and homework help sessions, and model a growth mindset.
