Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you will serve full-time in a partner school to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. Working closely with teachers, you will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom instruction, and help manage a positive learning environment. You’ll build caring, consistent relationships with students, track progress toward goals, and communicate with school staff and families.
