Job description
As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Educational Services industry, you will serve in a partner public school to support student learning and growth. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you’ll provide in-class tutoring, small-group instruction, and one-on-one mentoring to help students stay on track in core subjects. At City Year, a national nonprofit, you’ll join a diverse AmeriCorps team committed to social justice, leadership development, and personal growth. You will collaborate closely with teachers, lead enrichment activities, and track student progress while receiving training, coaching, and professional development to further your own career.
