Job description

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

You’ll track contractor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

You’ll perform or support calculations for grade, alignment, quantities, falsework, shoring, and structural components throughout construction, from foundation and falsework through bridge deck placement and roadway tie-ins.

You’ll collaborate closely with Construction Management Consultants, including staking, materials testing, and environmental monitoring teams.

Onsite at client site : This is a leadership role to help manage the construction management team as well as oversee the contractor's compliance with the Contract. The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
