Access Control CoordinatorA leading financial services firm is seeking an Access Control Coordinator to support daily building access and credentialing operations at its Nashville office. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining employee and visitor credentials, processing access requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the company's access control program.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential employee and facility information. Hands-on, operational-level experience with C•CURE is required.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, encode, print, activate, renew, and deactivate employee and contractor identification badgesProcess building access requests in accordance with established company proceduresAdd and update cardholder records, access levels, schedules, and permissions within C•CURECoordinate badge and access needs for new hires, employees, contractors, vendors, and visitorsMaintain accurate visitor lists, credential records, and access documentationReview access requests for completeness and proper authorizationMonitor access-related activity and assist with routine system alerts or inquiriesSupport periodic reviews and audits of badge records, access permissions, visitor logs, and card-reader activityTroubleshoot routine badge, credential, and access issuesEscalate system, hardware, or card-reader problems to the appropriate internal team or outside vendorRespond to employee questions regarding badge access and facility entryCoordinate with facilities, human resources, technology, and other internal departments as neededProtect confidential employee, visitor, and facility informationPerform additional administrative and access-control duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHands-on, operational-level experience using C•CUREExperience creating and managing badges, cardholder records, access levels, and building permissionsPrevious experience in access control, credential management, facilities operations, or a related administrative roleStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate recordsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional and service-oriented approach when assisting employees and visitorsAbility to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced office environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting access control operations in a corporate or financial services environmentFamiliarity with visitor management systems, badge printers, card readers, and credentialing equipmentExperience conducting access reviews or maintaining documentation for audits and complianceAssociate or bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or a related fieldImportant RequirementsThis position is fully onsite in Nashville, Tennessee, five days per weekRemote and hybrid arrangements are not availableCandidates must already have practical, operational experience using C•CUREThis is not an IT desktop support positionThis is not an armed guard position
