nEssential Responsibilities:
nnnMonitor and control the access of employees and visitors in and out of restricted areas by ensuring people have proper access.
n
nnEnsure that prohibited and restricted items do not find their way in or out of the building.
n
nnDiligently monitor your restricted area.
n
nnProvide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors.
n
nnRemain alert and aware of surroundings.
n
nnExhibit excellent communication in every interaction.
n
nnEnsure attention to detail.
n
nnThe ability to work independently during your scheduled shift(s).
n
nnThe ability to adapt to change within high-volume, fast-paced, and slow-paced environments.

nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnCurrently hold an active Top-Secret Clearance with Poly.
n
nnYou must be able to work 1st Shift: (5:00am - 1:00pm +/- 1 hour), 2nd Shift: (1:00pm - 9:00pm +/- 1 hour), or 3rd Shift: (9:00pm-5:00am +/- 1 hour) based on contract needs; this work supports 24/7 operations , and you may be assigned challenging shifts, but it will be worth it!

nnMust commit to working one (1) weekend shift, every weekend.
n
nnMust have and maintain a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
n
nnHigh School diploma or GED.
n
nnU.S. citizenship.
n
nnCurrently live within a 50-mile radius of Bluffdale, UT.
n
nnRead, speak, and understand English language fluently.
n
nnYou will need to be comfortable leaving your mobile device at home or in your car. The assigned work location will be in a restricted mobile communication zone.
n
nnMust be available to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday, as determined by Amentum, per year.
n
n nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands
nYou need to be physically able to perform all duties and functions as specified:
nnnYou should have 20/20 vision (glasses and contacts count) and close vision correctable to Jaeger No. 4 type test for both eyes.
n
nnYou need to be free of color blindness.
n
nnYou should have normal fields of vision and good depth perception, as defined by the Snellen chart.
n
nnYou need to be able to have hearing which is correctable to normal level hearing with hearing aids. Normal hearing levels are demonstrated by a pure tone audiometry hearing level (HL) of 0 decibels (dB) or lower.
n
nnYou need to be able to stand continuously for 4 hours at a time.
n
nnThe ability to work independently during your scheduled shift(s).
n
nnThe ability to adapt to change within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
n
n nService Contract Act (SCA) Compensation & Benefits:
nThis is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.
nCompensation Details:
n$18.55-$28.72
