Job description
MarinHealth is seeking an Access Department Team Lead in Novato to supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to standardized processes and strong collaboration with physician offices for off-site administrative support.
The Team Lead will supervise staff handling scheduling calls and processing authorizations/referrals, monitor quality, and coordinate across multiple software systems; report to the Access Department Supervisor.
