This role requires warmth, responsiveness, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.Experience:One to two years of insurance or clerical experience in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred. Knowledge of insurance processes and payment collections is advantageous. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and basic computer functions is necessary.Requirements:Ability to type and perform data entry efficiently to meet departmental productivity standards.
