Job description
BioMarin is seeking an Associate Director, Access Strategy to lead the integrated access plan for the U.S. portfolio. You translate payer insights into a compelling access narrative for field channels, working with Brand Marketing, Business Operations, and Analytics teams to shape campaigns and decisions.
You will build annual market access plans, develop response playbooks for events, and manage agency partners. Travel up to 25% as needed.
