Reyes Beverage Group Sales PositionJoin Reyes Beverage Group to represent a world-class beverage portfolio, build impactful relationships, grow your territory, and elevate your career. Schedule: Monday - Friday, shift flexibility with nights, weekends, and start times. Field-based outside sales position supporting on-premise accounts. Field sales roles include monthly MOTUS car & mileage reimbursement.Position Responsibilities:Drives the success of the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and develop key on-premise and off-premise accountsAccomplish sales and distribution goals by executing the monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and company initiativesIncrease net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year in assigned geographySell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, drink features, and back bar placements at key customersWork with account representatives to ensure priorities, plans, and customer needs are communicatedFunction as a spirits expert in creating spirits programs, education and training for assigned market and interact with supplier leadership to prioritize and troubleshoot market activitiesOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience.
