A Brief Overview

This individual contributor manages strategic account plans, builds client relationships, and drives revenue growth across key accounts. The role partners with cross-functional teams to lead go-to-market initiatives and deliver client outcomes, including transformation and adoption of next-generation solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role applies client and market insight to position TAI as a strategic partner and identify new growth opportunities.

What you will do

Manage strategic account plans for assigned accounts, developing and executing plans to consistently meet client reinsurance administration needs.

Build and manage client relationships as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including key strategic clients, escalating executive-level matters as needed.

Contribute to sales strategy and playbook development, partnering with Marketing and Product to shape effective client messaging and growth plans.

Communicate the TAI value proposition, fully educating clients and prospects on TAI's product and services portfolio.

Track client intelligence, market trends, and account data, developing client profiles and identifying opportunities or risks for account strategy.

Track client satisfaction metrics and partner with internal teams to resolve service delivery issues.

Manage client transformation initiatives, including migration to TAI Next Generation platforms, coordinating stakeholder implementation tasks.

Partner with Business Development and Client Management Services to align account strategies, optimize pipeline execution, and identify new revenue opportunities, including Creation Re.

Configure and demonstrate TAI software, translating technical components into terms clients understand.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field required

5+ Years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry required

Experience in Business Development or Account Management preferred

Supervisory experience preferred

Demonstrated proficiency with liaising with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional and technical disciplines required

Ability to translate complex client business needs into scalable technology solutions, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms, modern architectures (e.g., APIs, event-driven systems), and reinsurance/financial systems. required

Proven knowledge of the North American reinsurance industry, including products, pricing, competition, practices, relevant insurance regulatory laws, and their impact on products and client company operations. required

Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received by all stakeholders. required

Strong commitment to professionalism and highest standards of customer service. required

Demonstrated ability to present utilizing multiple methods and tools required

Detailed knowledge of software and systems including the basic ability to configure and demonstrate the TAI software and explain technical terms and components to clients. required

Exceptional ability to make timely and effective decisions and produce results, takes ownership on individual goals while also effectively contributing towards overall business goals. required

Highly advanced ability to foster a teamwork and customer service-focused environment. required

Competent ability to comprehend and interpret reinsurance and contract documents required

Exceptional skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including handling changing priorities and deadlines. required

FLMI or other relevant professional accreditation preferred

Compensation Range:

$89,310.00 - $134,870.00 AnnualBase pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
