Agent Pipeline, an Integrity Company, seeks an Account Director to deliver exceptional support to agents and marketers. The role serves as the liaison between agents, Agent Pipeline, and carriers, addressing issues and proactively resolving roadblocks with empathy and strong problem-solving skills.
The Account Director will guide agents through contracting, certification, and carrier portals, ensuring clear communication and first-call resolution whenever possible.
