Job Responsibilities
Leadstrategicbrand,packaging,andintegratedcommunicationsinitiativesformajorconsumeraccounts.
Ownandgrowsenior-levelclientrelationshipsacrossaccounts,servingastheprimaryagencypartner.
Driveclientmeetings,pitches,andpresentationswithconfidence—selling,defending,andelevatingcreativeconceptsandstrategicrecommendations.
Overseeend-to-endprojectdelivery,ensuringdesignworkisexecutedontime,onbudget,andtothehigheststandard.
Guidescopedevelopment,timelines,andfinancialplanning,safeguardingagencyvaluethroughclearnegotiationandforecasting.
Partnerwithseniorleadershiptoshapeaccountgrowthstrategiesandidentifynewbusinessopportunities.
Collaboratecross-functionallywithstrategy,production,andcreativeteamstodeliverintegratedsolutions.
Mentoranddevelopjuniorclientservicestalent,fosteringahigh-performance,accountableteamculture.
Job Requirements
6–9yearsofagencyclientservicesexperience,withstrongexposuretoCPGbrands.
Provenabilitytomanageseniorclientrelationshipsanddrivethefulllifecycleofcomplexprojects.
Experiencepresentinganddefendingcreativework,financials,andstrategicdirectiontoseniorstakeholders.
Strongunderstandingofproductionworkflows,budgeting,forecasting,andrevenuemanagement.
Backgroundinbranddevelopment,packagingsystems,andcampaign-stylecommunicationspreferred.
Capableofsteppingintoaseniorleadershiprolewithautonomyandstrategicjudgment.
Collaborativeleaderwhocontributespositivelytoagencyculturewhiledrivinghighstandardsofperformance.
Salary Range
$140,000-160,000annually,basedonexperience
