About Podchaser
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.
About the role
Podchaser is looking for a driven sales professional to lead on closing new business and managing renewals across our client base. You'll own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through to close, while building lasting relationships with brands and agencies in the podcast advertising and media intelligence space.
Salary range: $ - $ yearly + bonus
What you´ll do
Lead on closing sales and driving revenue growth.
Qualify leads through strategic research.
Identify and refine best practices to strengthen the team's overall sales approach.
Proactively seek new business opportunities and map our solutions to market needs.
Leverage key SaaS tools to track, measure, and sharpen sales tactics
Manage a book of existing business, ensuring strong renewal rates alongside new business growth
Who you are
A proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Experienced in brand communications, internal brand/comms operations, or ad agency sales.
Familiar with the media intelligence.
Comfortable navigating both traditional SaaS sales motions and more consultative, relationship-driven selling.
A strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and translate them into pipeline.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and skilled at managing a mixed portfolio of new business and renewals.
Strong communicator across multiple outreach channels
