Job description
We're currently partnering with one of our clients to identify an experienced Account Director to lead a key CPG account. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client partnerships, leading high-performing teams, and driving strategic growth within a fast-paced, client-focused environment in the marketing space.
As the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, you'll be responsible for overseeing the overall health of the account, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions across print and Point-of-Sale (POS) displays while balancing operational excellence with financial performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while serving as the strategic lead for the account.
Lead client meetings, business reviews, and presentations, providing insights, performance updates, and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to expand existing business and deliver value-added solutions that support client objectives.
Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage account financial performance, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience working within a marketing, promotional products, print, or procurement outsourcing agency supporting CPG or retail clients.
Strong experience with print production, POS displays, promotional products, and procurement .
Proven success managing strategic client relationships and growing existing accounts.
Experience leading teams and developing high-performing talent.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
