Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Account Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.
This role will lead a strategic global account and serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders. The position is focused on delivering high-quality facility management solutions, strengthening client partnerships, and driving account growth across a complex portfolio. It also plays a central role in improving employee experience, team performance, and operational consistency.
Location: Sunnyvale, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 annually
Responsibilities
Create and execute a global account plan focused on exceeding client expectations
Articulate value propositions to drive global account growth
Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee global program delivery with emphasis on enhancing employee experience
Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the account
Hire top talent for all account roles
Create actionable career development plans for direct reports
Advance the organization's diversity and inclusion priorities
Qualifications
10+ years of executive leadership experience in Facility Management and Commercial Real Estate
Demonstrated success in driving global employee experience programs
Expertise in developing outsourced Integrated Facility Management solutions for Fortune 500 companies
Experience in hiring, training, and retaining large teams of 100+ in client service roles
Proven budget management skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced studies preferred
