Account Executive
Summary:
lnXpress Global Ltd, a top-ranked 3PL has a US headquarters located in South Jordan, Utah. We’re seeking a dynamic and highly motivated sales professional with a passion to improve customers businesses – both financially and operationally. Key Responsibilities:
Lead presentations with executives/owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume
Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction
Solution selling;
effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis
Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes
Take the lead in coordinating/developing/managing all aspects of the proposal process
Close, activate and train decision makers on our exclusive shipping platform
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
Meet monthly quotas
Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
Record changes to customer accounts by updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Sales experience, sales internship or related experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
Effective negotiation skills and objection handling
Ability to be coachable, work independently with little instruction and adapt to change
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
Team-oriented peer, with a thirst to compete to be the most valuable player
Ability to listen, learn and implement strategies from our Top Tier training program
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact with all levels of management and clients
Ability to leverage our strategic partnerships with DHL International, UPS and various Carriers to provide the best customized solution to meet and exceed our customer's needs.
