Location: Momence, IL. 3 days onsite required.
Expected Pay Range: $85,000/year-$95,000/year
Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You'll Do
Grow and manage key customer relationships within the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, and functional ingredient markets while identifying new business opportunities.
Partner with customers to understand product development goals and provide ingredient solutions that support innovation and market success.
Drive profitable sales growth through strategic account planning, consultative selling, and ongoing relationship management.
Guide customers through new product development initiatives by coordinating with internal teams to move projects from concept through commercialization.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, R&D, and Account Services to deliver exceptional customer support.
Conduct customer visits, industry events, and trade show participation, with domestic travel approximately 2–4 times per month.
What You'll Bring
Two or more years of successful consultative sales experience with a proven track record of growing customer relationships and delivering results.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, functional ingredients, botanical ingredients, health and wellness products, or related industries preferred.
Knowledge of ingredient sales, product development processes, and the needs of supplement manufacturers, brand owners, or contract manufacturers is highly desirable.
Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while utilizing standard office equipment.
Sufficient vision, hearing, and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders in person, virtually, and by phone.
The ideal candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Primarily an indoor office environment with occasional exposure to typical office noise.
Travel by vehicle and/or air is required approximately 2–4 times per month based on customer and business needs.
