Account Executive – Infusion Therapy Services
Location: Michigan-based;
must travel throughout an assigned territory that includes Lansing, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, and Kalamazoo
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 base salary, with flexibility for experienced candidates, plus commission. Expected total earnings are $150,000–$200,000 at or above plan.
About the Role
A growing infusion therapy provider is seeking an Account Executive to develop new business and build relationships with healthcare providers across Michigan. This is a field-based sales role for someone who brings a proven prospecting record, clinical understanding, and the persistence to grow a territory.
The Account Executive will work with specialty practices, including neurology, gastroenterology, immunology, dermatology, and rheumatology, to expand access to infusion therapies.
What You’ll Do
Prospect for new business, develop provider relationships, and grow accounts within your territory.
Meet with physicians, practice leaders, and clinical staff to understand patient and practice needs.
Build a territory plan and track sales activity, opportunities, and results in a CRM.
Work toward goals for account growth and new patient starts.
Travel throughout your assigned territory, including coverage of West Michigan.
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B sales success. You have experience with cold prospecting and new business development, whether in healthcare or another complex B2B sales environment. You can give specific examples of results, such as revenue growth, quota attainment, or new accounts won.
Clinical experience. You bring a background in nursing or another patient-facing clinical role and can speak credibly with healthcare providers. RN experience is especially valued.
At least five years of overall professional experience. Healthcare sales or infusion therapy experience is helpful but is not required.
A track record of following a sales process, managing a territory, and persisting through a long sales cycle.
A degree, particularly in a science-related field, is preferred. We also value evidence of achievement and initiative in academics, athletics, community leadership, or prior work.
Compensation and Travel
The base salary range is $70,000–$100,000, with flexibility based on experience. This is a commission-driven role, with expected total earnings of $150,000–$200,000 at or above plan. The commission structure includes expanded opportunities tied to immunoglobulin and certain other therapies. A three- to six-month earnings guarantee may be considered for the right candidate.
A monthly car allowance and an expense account for business travel are provided.
