Who We Are
Atlas is an AI-native ATS/CRM built for the recruitment industry. We're Seed-funded (c.£6M, led by Smedvig Ventures), with ~450 customers and scaling past $3M ARR in just 18 months of operating. We've grown almost entirely through inbound - strong LinkedIn, a content engine that ranks, and a genuine edge in AI search: when recruiters ask ChatGPT or Claude which ATS to buy, Atlas is the most visible brand in its category. We're AI-first in how we run, not just what we sell: lean team, heavy tooling, repeatable systems over headcount.
What You'll Be Doing
Our lead generation is entirely inbound. We're hiring Account Executive across multiple levels, from experienced Account Executive to Senior Account Executive. The level, responsibilities, and compensation will be calibrated based on your experience and track record.
You'll own larger inbound opportunities from the first conversation through to signature, before handing the customer over to Customer Success. This includes running product demos, building account maps, developing winning strategies, and partnering with multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Who you are
4–7 years ideally in quota-carrying, full-cycle SaaS sales, with 3–10 years of total sales experience.
Experience selling to recruitment/staffing agencies or HR/recruitment teams.
Comfortable selling directly to founders, agency owners and senior decision-makers.
Experience in a short-cycle SMB/mid-market sales environment.
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
Strong understanding of your market and competitive landscape.
Highly metrics-driven and able to clearly articulate your performance.
Fluent in English.

Competitive, above-market compensation.
Uncapped commission.
