Revalize is looking for a technically fluent, results-driven Account Executive to bring our industry-leading Pipe-Flo software and services to engineering and industrial teams across a designated U.S. territory. Pipe-Flo is a trusted hydraulic modeling solution used across industries to optimize fluid system design, reduce energy costs, and improve operational efficiency. In this role, you'll pair engineering fluency with sales instinct, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while using AI-powered tools to sharpen outreach, tailor messaging, and keep your pipeline moving. You'll be the bridge between complex technical value and business outcomes, driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Professional Services bookings by converting marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities and building your own pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close, across your assigned territory.
Understand and articulate how Revalize's Pipe-Flo platform solves engineering challenges in fluid system modeling and energy optimization.
Deliver compelling, technically credible product demos and presentations via web and in-person meetings.
Communicate the value proposition of Pipe-Flo with clarity, including engineering-specific differentiation and objection handling.
Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting (cold calling, networking, outbound campaigns, etc.).
Partner with Marketing to qualify and convert inbound leads.
Consistently meet or exceed quota for new signed business and ARR.
Uses AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
Demonstrated understanding of fluid dynamics, piping systems, or industrial energy optimization principles.
Experience selling complex SaaS or engineering software solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies.
Track record of closing deals involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Preferences/Nice to have
Prior hands-on experience with hydraulic modeling, piping design, or fluid system simulation software
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or engineering-driven B2B sales, ideally within industrial, fluid systems, or process engineering markets.
Master's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
Compensation
On-Target Earnings $150-000-$170,000 per year with uncapped commissions.

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed.
