Job description
I am working on behalf of a growing, family-oriented home health organisation looking to expand its presence across Pinellas and Pasco County.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources throughout Pinellas and Pasco County.
Generate Medicare referrals from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, physicians, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals.
Leverage existing healthcare relationships and your established book of business to generate immediate referral opportunities.
Build a strong presence within the local healthcare community through face-to-face meetings, networking and consistent follow-up.
Identify new referral opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share across the territory.
Achieve and exceed monthly referral targets, with an expectation of building towards 15+ Medicare referrals per month.
Manage your own territory, schedule and business development strategy, with complete autonomy over how you approach the market.
Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral through to admission.
Maintain regular communication with referral partners, ensuring commitments are met and relationships are developed over the long term.
Support the organisation's continued expansion, with the potential to help develop its presence across additional areas as the business grows.
Requirements:
Previous healthcare sales experience within Home Health is strongly preferred.
A proven track record of generating Medicare referrals and developing strong referral relationships.
An established book of business or existing healthcare relationships across Pinellas and/or Pasco County.
Experience working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities or other healthcare referral sources.
Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills, with excellent follow-up and the ability to deliver on commitments.
A self-motivated, hardworking and resilient individual who can manage rejection and consistently develop new business.
A personable, quick-witted and positive approach, with the ability to build genuine relationships and bring energy to a team.
Comfortable working independently with complete autonomy over your territory and day-to-day activities.
A genuine commitment to patient care and an interest in joining a growth-focused organisation.
Benefits:
Base salary of $85,000–$140,000, depending on experience, existing relationships and proven production.
Higher earning potential for established performers with a strong track record of Medicare referral generation.
Tiered commission structure with additional earning opportunities for exceeding monthly targets.

Potential contribution towards health insurance, depending on the overall compensation package.
12 days of PTO following the first year, increasing to 17 days at the five-year mark, with further increases after 10 years.
