Staffing Industry Sales Experience Required

What You'll Do
Win new staffing accounts throughout the Chicago market.
Build relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing, industrial, and logistics industries.
Drive business through prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
Sell temporary, contract, and direct-hire staffing solutions.
Partner with recruiting and operations to deliver results.
What We're Looking For
Proven staffing sales experience with a track record of winning new business.
A true hunter who enjoys prospecting and closing deals.
Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or professional staffing markets.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative.
What You Get
Up to $85K base, with flexibility for top performers.
Commission opportunities across staffing and direct hire.
Recurring contract commissions for up to 24 months on eligible accounts.
