Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive - IT / Devtools background

Compensation:
OTE $400,000
This company is a venture-backed AI company building software for enterprise IT teams. Their product is already live with Fortune 500 and large enterprise customers, and we're expanding our sales team to meet demand.
The role
They're hiring Enterprise Account Executives to win new business. You'll sell top-down to CIOs, VPs of IT, IT Directors and IT operations leaders at large enterprises. This is a new-logo role and you'll help shape how they sell.
What you'll do
Build and work your own pipeline of enterprise accounts
Run full sales cycles from first meeting through POC to signed contract, on six- and seven-figure deals
Work with Sales Engineering to run POCs and turn pilots into paid deployments
Build relationships with senior IT leaders, including in-person meetings and executive events
Qualify deals rigorously and forecast accurately
Help build the sales playbook as the team grows
What we're looking for
Enterprise SaaS closing experience with a track record of six-figure deals (seven-figure preferred)
Consistent quota attainment across multiple years
Experience at an early-stage or high-growth company
Comfort selling to IT leadership at large organizations
High agency, self-starting and comfortable building without a fixed playbook
Low ego, direct communication and executive presence
Willingness to travel to customers and prospects
Nice to have
Experience selling IT, endpoint, ITSM or security software
An existing network of CIOs and IT leaders
Experience selling a new product category
Compensation
OTE $400K, 50/50 base/variable split
Commission paid monthly, upfront on signed contracts
Location
Remote within the US, near a major airport hub.
