Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Pleasantville, NY. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients by understanding their branding needs and recommending appropriate promotional products and gift solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals and quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery. The Account Executive will track sales activities, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and provide ongoing client support to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. This role also involves monitoring industry trends, attending relevant events, and contributing feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications
Client relationship management and account development skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client goals, and deliver tailored solutions.
Sales, negotiation, and business development capabilities to generate new business, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple orders, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to convey product value, present proposals, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Comfort with CRM tools, Microsoft Office or similar productivity software, and basic data analysis for tracking pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
Knowledge of promotional products, corporate gifting, or related B2B marketing industries is highly beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
