Account Executive to $140K Base + Uncapped Earnings (50/50 split!) - Join a high-growth SaaS leader! Our client, a leading AI-powered document management software company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and account growth across mid-market and enterprise organizations. This role focuses on managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering consultative technology solutions that solve critical business challenges.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience and a demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets in high-growth environments.
Payment & Compensation
Base + Commissions - uncapped with 50/50 split.
Location & Work Model
Location: Remote (New England)
Work Model: Fully Remote
Responsibilities
Developing and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts;
Managing sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close;
Expanding existing client relationships through strategic account management;
Leading consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders;
Collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams to deliver tailored solutions;
Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reporting;
Consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience;
Proven success selling complex software solutions into mid-market or enterprise organizations;
Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes and longer buying cycles;
Strong consultative selling capabilities and familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks;
A track record of exceeding sales goals and generating measurable revenue growth;
Experience selling into regulated or knowledge-based industries such as manufacturing, professional services, energy, utilities, finance, or related sectors.
