Motion Recruitment is currently hiring for an Enterprise Account Executive. We're looking for a hunter who's tired of the req queue. This isn't a role where you wait for an open position to land in your inbox and go find candidates for it. This is a role where you walk into a VP's office with a point of view on their business — before they've even posted a job.

Required
3+ years in staffing (recruitment, sales, or account management); IT staffing experience strongly preferred
A track record of opening and closing with VP and C-suite business leaders
Experience selling IT staffing solutions with a strong grasp of operational and commercial structures
Experience with SOW, managed services, or outcome-based engagements
Fluency with VMS platforms and MSP environments
The ability to talk credibly about software engineering, data, infrastructure, or AI initiatives with a functional leader
The discipline to build account intelligence from public sources before you ever pick up the phone
Sharp written and verbal communication, with strong negotiation and closing skills
A collaborative streak — you'll work closely with delivery and recruiting teams
A self-starter mentality — you build pipeline from insight and relationships, xavwley not from an inbound queue
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree
Experience selling into tech, financial services, healthcare, or pharma
LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency and a proven outbound motion
Existing relationships with VP of IT, Head of Data, or similar leaders at mid-to-large enterprises
Exposure to AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives
