Job Summary
The team is responsible for generating new business revenue each month and achieving these goals both individually and as a team. Account Executives receive extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development, and more.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage industry.
Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary
First‑year earnings potential ranges from $53,000 to $90,000, varying by performance. Compensation includes uncapped new‑business commissions, renewal commissions year‑over‑year, and the possibility of qualifying for an annual President’s Club trip.
Experience and Education
Pass the state licensing exam once hired.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
