Job description

Based in Washington, D.C., Quorum is the leading provider of workflow software and information services for government affairs professionals globally. We serve over 2,000 customers—including over 50% of the Fortune 100—across 30+ countries.

At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; it’s our people. We are looking for a 100% remote Account Manager who is a natural relationship-builder and a strategic growth driver. This isn't just a renewal role—it’s an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to the world’s leading public affairs teams.

The Impact You’ll Have

As an Account Manager, you are the strategic anchor for our customers. You will own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they don't just use Quorum, but thrive on it. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the partnership: from driving deep product adoption and proving ROI to C-Suite executives, to identifying new ways our tools can help clients achieve their mission through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Mastery: Build long-lasting relationships with clients, moving beyond a "vendor" status to become a trusted advisor who understands their unique pain points.

Drive Growth: You’ll be the engine of Quorum’s revenue expansion, finding and closing opportunities to bring more of our solutions to the organizations that need them.

Retention & Turnarounds: You take pride in "saving" high-risk clients and turning them into loyal brand advocates who provide references and referrals.

Voice of the Customer: You’ll bridge the gap between our users and our Product/Engineering teams, ensuring that client feedback directly influences our roadmap.

AI-Forward Strategy: Leverage AI tools to synthesize account performance and automate reporting, allowing you more time to focus on high-value strategic discussions.

About You

The Experience: You have 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success within the SaaS space, with a proven track record of hitting revenue and retention targets.

The Communicator: You are confident leading Executive Business Reviews with C-Suite leaders and can translate complex software features into measurable business impact.

The "People Person": You establish rapport with ease—whether in-person or online—and naturally channel empathy into effective client advocacy.

Tech-Passionate: You love teaching people how technology can solve their everyday problems and make their professional lives better.

Civic-Minded: You’re excited by the opportunity to impact politics and public affairs; perhaps you’ve worked on a campaign or are a self-proclaimed "news junkie."

About the Account Management Team

We’re responsible for ensuring that clients have an amazing experience with Quorum.

We are Educators: We provide team and individual product demonstrations that promote best practices in the government affairs space.

We are Advocates: We act as staunch advocates for our clients, identifying and responding to their unique use cases.

We are Creative: We are dedicated to every user’s success and address challenges quickly and creatively.

We are a Community: We take pride in developing personal relationships with our users and our team. We're very close—we work together, hang out together, and regularly support one another to ensure the success of our clients.

Our Work Environment

We are an AI-forward team—AI is built into how we work, think, and grow.

We are a remote-friendly team with flexible work options: work remotely or, if you're in the area, choose to visit our vibrant, sunlit space in our modern, open-concept office in Washington, D.C.

Our office building is located in the heart of downtown DC, easily accessible by metro, bus, and rideshares. It is also in close proximity to great restaurants, food trucks, shopping, and popular happy hour spots.
