Movement Search and Delivery is working with a leading manufacturing company in Elkhart County to identify and evaluate a Plant Manager
Account Manager | Metal Fabrication

We're looking for a driven business developer who understands metal fabrication and knows how to turn customer relationships into profitable business.
This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional to help grow a manufacturing business by identifying new customers, opening doors with decision-makers, and winning new programs. If you understand metal stamping, fabrication, and related manufacturing processes—and enjoy hunting for new business—this could be a strong fit.
What You'll Do
Identify, prospect, and win new customers across target manufacturing markets.
Build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, industry relationships, and direct outreach.
Develop relationships with purchasing, sourcing, engineering, and executive-level decision-makers.
Understand customer needs and connect them with the right manufacturing capabilities.
Develop quotes, pursue new programs, negotiate opportunities, and turn prospects into long-term customers.
Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to production.
What We're Looking For
Metal fabrication sales experience is the priority. We want someone who understands the industry, its customers, and how to sell manufacturing capabilities.
A demonstrated track record of winning new business—not just managing existing accounts.
Experience selling to OEMs, manufacturers, or other industrial customers.
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
The initiative to build a pipeline and create opportunities without waiting for leads to come in.
