We’re hiring a Customer Success Account Manager to support high-value enterprise clients across the US and EMEA.
What You’ll Do:
Manage key enterprise accounts (airports, retail, stadiums)
Drive renewals, upsells, and platform adoption
Deliver technical support & strategic advice
Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Strategy teams
What You Bring:
5+ years managing high-value, technical B2B accounts
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, Martech, APIs & BI tools
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
