Personal Lines Account Manager Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you a licensed Personal Lines insurance professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service? Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team.

Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone Process policy changes, endorsements, and premium payments accurately Present policy options and recommend additional coverage based on individual needs Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
