Health Insurance Account Manager – Melbourne, FL
We’re seeking an experienced Health Insurance Account Manager to manage client relationships, benefits administration, renewals, and day-to-day account needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships
Coordinate enrollments, renewals, and plan changes
Resolve billing, claims, and eligibility issues
Work with carriers, brokers, and internal teams
Qualifications:
2+ years of health insurance or employee benefits experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Insurance license preferred
