Our Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with advertisers and partners, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, optimized for performance, and aligned with client goals.
What you'll do
Build and grow relationships with clients across Insurance, Finance, Legal, Home Services, and Home Improvement.
Monitor call campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend optimizations to improve results.
Work closely with our media buying, affiliate, operations, and technical teams to launch and scale campaigns.
Manage day-to-day client communication, reporting, tracking, reconciliations, and payment-related processes.
Support new campaign launches, technical integrations, and conversion tracking.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts.
Negotiate campaign terms, pricing, and volumes when needed.
Keep CRM data accurate and ensure clients receive fast, reliable support.
This position also involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, negotiating terms, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in account management, client services, or partner relations, preferably in performance marketing, lead generation, or a related digital advertising environment.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret KPIs, track campaign performance, and use data to make informed recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term professional relationships.
Solid organizational and time management abilities, including prioritizing multiple accounts, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms;
experience with Pay PerCall or affiliate marketing systems is a plus.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and collaborating with teams to implement solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
