Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services. In this role, the Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manage day-to-day communications, and coordinate project activities with internal teams. Typical responsibilities include understanding client business needs, preparing proposals and project plans, monitoring progress against timelines and budgets, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The Account Manager will track performance metrics, facilitate regular check-ins and review meetings, and address issues or risks proactively. This role also involves collaborating with sales, operations, and subject-matter experts to improve client satisfaction and support long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience serving as a primary point of contact for key accounts.
Solid project coordination and organizational abilities to manage multiple engagements, timelines, and priorities in a remote environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to understand client challenges, interpret data, and support recommendations and solutions.
Comfort with digital collaboration tools and CRM or account management systems to track activities, documentation, and performance metrics.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain accountability in a fully remote setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
