Job description
CTS is on the lookout for an Account Manager on behalf of a credible, nationally recognized staffing organization with a culture that people actually stay for. This is a hybrid opportunity in either Scottsdale (AZ) or Nashville (TN) for someone hungry to build client relationships, grow in a performance-driven environment, and be part of a company that genuinely feels like family.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
✔ Build and manage client relationships across a portfolio of accounts in your Nashville or Scottsdale market
✔ Partner with internal recruiting teams to understand client needs and drive delivery
✔ Develop new business through outreach, consultative conversations, and relationship building
✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owning the experience from start to finish
✔ Track pipeline activity and account performance metrics to drive consistent growth
✔ Collaborate with recruiters, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure client satisfaction at every level

✔ 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, staffing, or a client-facing role
✔ A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys working with and for people
✔ Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a hybrid workload independently
✔ Competitive and driven with a desire to grow in a performance-based environment
✔ A team player who values culture, collaboration, and showing up for the people around them
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
