Remote Insurance Account Manager | Join the Member Benefits Team!
Position: Insurance Account Manager
Location: 100% Remote

What You’ll Do:
Support Client Success: Manage new and existing group accounts, prepare quotes and renewals, and explain insurance benefits clearly and confidently.
Keep Everything on Track: Coordinate eligibility and accurately process enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Be a Trusted Resource: Assist Benefit Counselors, resolve billing and policy concerns, and manage escalated issues with professionalism.

What You’ll Need:
Two or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
The ability to quickly learn new technology, systems, and processes.
The ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
This position primarily involves computer-based work, including sitting, typing, and speaking, with occasional movement.
