You Are:
EXPERIENCED: Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related field; understanding of accounting principals, reconciling statements and payment records
EDUCATED: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or certificate in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
TECHNICAL: Proficient in accounting software, data entry, and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Email
ANALYTICAL: Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy; ability to problem-solve with creative solutions
A SELF-STARTER: U tilize time management to successfully manage multiple competing priorities; ask questions and seek out information
A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate, both verbally and written
What you’ll do:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: Process all Accounts Payable invoices relating to Jobs, Time & Material, Quoted work, and others as assigned
MANAGE COSTS: Compile and process information such as labor, material, and miscellaneous pricing
COORDINATE: Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accounts payable; resolve disagreements between the company and its creditors
DOCUMENT: Maintain records of client information, payments, and prepare and submit statements
