Account Processing AssociateOptional Work from Home • Corinth, MS 38834DescriptionAccount Processing Associate - This position will work directly with hospital access and maintaining accounts at a high level. As a representative, you will be responsible for account processing and understanding workflow. Teamwork will be essential for this position. Additionally, account access will also be involved with reporting and client interaction through system access. Thorough and detailed work will be required for this position. Knowledge of TPL is vital to this position to work the accounts start to finish.Essential DutiesWorking directly in hospital system and Syntriq systemProcessing new accountsProcessing returned accountsObtaining hospital documentsPosting/Refunding health and auto payments and adjustmentsVerifying health insuranceAdding/Reordering/Billing hospital insurance plans within hospital systemReconciliation ReportsPayment AuditingCommunication with hospital staffCommunication with onsite staffQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong knowledge of computer skills and typingIntermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPointDependable and Detailed individual with organizational skillsRecommended- 1 to 2 years experience in administrative work
