Job description
Augment, a division of Amass, is seeking an Account Recruiting Manager for our Honolulu area to lead staffing operations for general labor across client sites. This role involves frequent onsite visits, active problem solving, and coordinating with recruiters to ensure staffing coverage and timely candidate submittals.
You will manage candidate screening, onboarding, and ongoing client relations, traveling daily to sites and maintaining a strong pipeline while adhering to onboarding and safety
