Account Representative (Full-Time)

What You'll Do
Speak with customers to understand their financial situations and identify appropriate payment solutions
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, patience, and empathy
Help customers work toward resolving their account balances
Protect confidential customer information
Follow all applicable federal and state regulations and company procedures
Work toward performance goals related to call quality, customer resolutions, and collection results
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
At least six months of customer service or sales experience
Stable work history and a professional demeanor
Strong communication, computer, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
